Billy Corgan talks to Howard Stern about his reptilian shapeshifting story. Youtube will place a wikipedia disclaimer below this video saying reptilian's are a conspiracy theory. Why in the heck do they feel the need to have such a strange disclaimer?
Here is an excerpt
Corgan: Imagine you’re doing something and suddenly you turn around and there’s somebody else standing there.
Stern: A different human?
Corgan: Sorta. It’s hard to explain without going into detail–I’d rather not go into details.
Stern: But did you say to the person, “What’d you just do here?”
Corgan: Yes, and they acknowledged it.
Stern: And what did they say they were? From another planet?

The cameraman said: “My wife and I were headed home from a family dinner on Saturday, November 27th. On our way to get onto Interstate 15, we both noticed a VERY bright light above the mountain, in the sky. My wife asked that I stop the car so she could look at it. I did. We watched it for maybe 5 minutes total. It was large. It was not a star nor a radio tower as it was clearly OFF/Above the Wasatch Mountain range. I took videos and pictures. When we got onto the interstate to go home, it was gone."

Smartdust is a system of many tiny microelectromechanical systems such as sensors, robots, or other devices, that can detect, for example, light, temperature, vibration, magnetism, or chemicals.
As already mentioned, smart dust devices are very small, i.e., invisible to our naked eye and, therefore, are extremely difficult to detect. Since these devices are preprogrammed, they begin to record sensitive data. Therefore, if smart dust falls into the wrong hands, severe data infringement issues could occur.
Since they can be inhaled, even standard procedures such as clothing changes, dust suits, and broad spectrum communications jamming would be ineffectual because once the person leaves the environment with the sensors inside of them, they can report back on what they discovered.
