I had a very realistic dream about meeting a small alien when I was 12 years old

I was hesitating on sharing this experience here as it happened 14 years ago but figured someone here who’s good at interpreting dreams could help me figure out what I had dreamt, or if this is what one would consider an abduction or something paranormal.

The dream started off as a typical dream with images and playbacks of my day, a bit of weird stuff but a normal dream nonetheless - but then all of the sudden it all began to feel very real. Almost like I awoke inside of my dream. I was still in my bedroom and I remember seeing what looked like a small grey alien standing near my dresser on the carpet. Now, when I approached them, their eyes are what really captured my attention. They were fully greyish-white and inside there were multiple circles or “pupils” that were a whitish colour. That’s when I felt like my gaze was locked onto them - and just at that moment I felt them say inside my head, “When you die, you will return to the beginning.”

Once I heard what they said, I was very amazed and impressed as to how they were able to communicate with me. I shook my head and stepped closer to it wanting to feel it’s skin, but that’s when their eyes “filled” with pure blackness and it looked utterly horrified by my awareness. It moved away from me in fear and I remember telling them I wasn’t going to hurt them. I felt doped up like when you’re given laughing gas at the dentists, and yet I remember being able to just stand there and be aware of this being. I felt like I wanted to know more about who they were. I remember as I began to become more aware, my bedroom slowly faded and I was in a very strange setting.

All I remember after this exchange was the coldness of the floor under my bare feet and the being somehow moving away from me slowly. The temperature changed drastically and I began to feel a change in pressure along with the room temperature dropping.

The dream was so strange that I woke up with a sore stomach. My mom figured it was nerves as I’ve always had bad anxiety and she let me stay home from school that day. I want to believe it was just caused by that, but it was the only dream I’ve ever had where I felt awake and being spoken to that way by a strange being. It was so comforting, and I wasn’t scared at all.

Thoughts on recent findings?

Wasp 39 b has just been confirmed to have photochemical processes active in its atmosphere, with a buildup of sulfur dioxide similar to earth's. Wasp 39 b is the same planet that was earlier found to also host carbon dioxide in its atmosphere. What are your thoughts on this? Are there any experiences, tales, prophecies etc that have to do with that area of space?

Consciousness

Many years ago I interacted with seemingly multiple intelligences in a dream state, after many hours of interactions and consecutive lucid dreams which were condensed of many things including traveling through a portal. I eventually found myself in a void... then suddenly I was looking down on a continuously changing multicolored swirling pattern which sort of looked like a swirling pinecone from above. (I now understand this to be a torus) Then a perfectly symmetrical six petal flower formed in the center, It was also of a multicolored changing light. The swirling stopped and I am now looking at only the six petal flower. It is central in my view.

Sometime later I see a perfectly symmetrical Quatrefoil form, my view is from below looking up but it is also in the center. The vision ends and I awaken from my bed In a new Dream world that is very vivid, I sort of get this idea that it's my future home.
What makes this unique and unexplainable is that I had no idea about sacred geometry or ever saw it prior to this dream/vision or what a six petal flower or quatrefoil was or represents but ever since then I've been trying to figure out their meaning and purpose.
I understand now the six petal flower is also known as "the seed of life" but when I saw it, it wasn't encompassed in a circle. The seed of life is very interesting and how it's at the center of all things and how it connects all things.

I've learnt that the Quatrefoil represents many things in ancient cultures. The Axis Mundi, the four seasons, the four cardinal directions, the four archangels, the four evangelists, the four beasts of ezekiel. In Greek Orthodox churches, the Square, the Cross and the Circle are combined in one sublime configuration to represent the Union of all things in Heaven and Earth through the Greatness of God.

In my vision the Torus formed from the void and from the torus's center came/was the Six petal flower. Then I saw a Quatrefoil.

I wasn't originally going to share this experience as I was concerned that if someone read my experience and later saw these symbols in a similar experience it would lose it's importance or meaning to the individual because then it could be explained away logically.

However I truly believe that studying these symbols can lead to to a greater understanding of our world both spiritually and scientifically.

I consider these two symbols to be the most important universally.
