Cape Canaveral - Unidentified Dog Tag

http://ift.tt/1Z8Vn2u In 1994, as a 10 year old, I visited Cape Canaveral. It was the part of our family trip from the UK I was looking forward to most - seeing NASA and the launch site. On the guided bus tour our bus broke down, and we stood just beyond the marshes waiting for a recovery vehicle for an hour or so. Kicking the stones around, waiting, I noticed something glistening on the ground, and picked up a metal dogtag with some serial numbers and put it straight in my pocket. As a 10 year old it was like gold so I pocketed it, and kept it secret from my parents until we got back to our hotel. As a 30 year old something, still keeping the dogtag safe, I'd like to find out what the details printed mean, and who or what it belongs to. Is it military? Is it NASA? Is it anything at all? My imagination has probably been more wild than the outcome will be, but I'd love to know what it represents. Thank you.
