Towards the back of the book (whichever edition was around 1991-1992), I think it was related to antennae, Jackson wrote "As every child knows....". Then he proceeds to show a long formula. As a first-year grad student, the phrase was brutally sarcastic. Can anyone confirm or deny if I am remembering this correctly?
