I'm on St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, the time is 2:09 AM. At approximately 1:58 AM I noticed a light in the sky travelling from the west on an eastward trajectory. To me it looked like an airplane until it came to a sudden and complete stop over Thatch Cay and sat stationary in the sky from 1:58 AM until 2:04 AM. It was pulsating between white, blue, green, and red lights in no particular order. The light was white most of the time then it would turn another color and immediately back to white. It sat stationary for six minutes before abruptly disappearing, not flying away, disappearing.
