What kind of work/time would be needed to make a Shuttle fly again?

Let's say that, defying any kind of logic or economically good reason to do so, we need to launch a space shuttle again, action movie style. What's the minimum time that you think would be needed to make it operational again? I'm aware that pad 39-A no longer has much of the shuttle hardware attached to it, but let's discount that. I'm more interested in the components of the orbiter and its stack.
