Sorry if this is not the appropriate place to ask this question, but I am in the process of applying for several NASA Pathways positions through USAjobs and I have run into a problem. When I get to the part of the application where it links me to applyonline.nasa.gov to answer several questions, an error appears that it was unable to retrieve my information from USAJOBS, and I cannot finish the application.
Most of these Pathways positions are open for a brief period of time (maybe a week at most), and I have had this error since 1pm (CST) this afternoon. Two of the positions close on the 4th, the rest close on the 6th or the 7th. My questions are, has anyone else had this problem before? If so, how long did it take to get resolved? If it is not resolved before the deadline, should I contact someone from the respective position's agencies? Should I contact someone from USAjobs? I understand it is the weekend, so there is a good chance it will be fixed first thing tomorrow morning, but I want to be prepared.
