Has anyone seen this movie? I've followed some discussions online about it, but they are mostly centered around the movie itself and not really the issues it raises regarding the futurist vision that is presented in the film.
I found it to present a very interesting picture of what could come to pass regarding the future of drugs, biochemistry and society in general. It's pretty out there, but I'm not sure how implausible it really is. The film took the concept to an extreme that is not necessarily the natural conclusion of this capability, but I'm not sure how short-sighted it is to dismiss the general concept of chemically-tailored, shared, semi-permanent alternate realities.
Thoughts?
