What would the best course of action be for deciding between multiple internship offers after having already accepted one?

I'm ecstatic to be at NASA, it's a dream come true, but the internship is mostly outside my major. There are 10 other unfilled positions left, each with 15-30 openings, if there is even a slight change I get an offer, what should I do? The other positions are much more directly related to my interests, and I know it would be rude (maybe even out of line) to break my commitment. I'm just curious how you would handle a situation like that?
