Does anyone know if JPL ever converts undergraduate interns to full time? Or is a graduate degree essentially required for a full time position?

I'll be spending my summer working at JPL as an intern. Currently a junior. My goal is to work at JPL full time, as a career. But it seems like every JPL employee has at least a Masters. So I'm guessing to accomplish my goal, I'll have to intern a couple more times as a Masters student. Which is fine by me, as I want to go to grad school anyway. But it would be a nice break to work a year or two at JPL after I get my bachelors. is it common for JPL to convert undergraduate interns to full time?
