Why doesn't NASA train and send a person who wants euthanasia with a rocket as far as possible into space to do research?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but i'm just interested. I know it's a bit morbid but why not train and send someone who wants to give his life for science to any planet to do research? Given there's enough fuel and supply to give him/her a one way trip.
