I'm by no means an expert in religion, so forgive me if I'm completely wrong, but would finding life on a different planet be incompatible with a belief in a deity? If aliens existed, in your belief, does this interfere with these teachings? Can he/they be the god(s) of aliens too?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm just curious what people think.
