Hi, what is the advantage of using kerosene engines over UDMH engines?

Both seem to have nearly the same Specific Impulse. But the UDMH engine has both fuel and oxidizers as liquids at room temperature, so I assume it reduces engineering complexity. So why then is UDMH not preferred over RP1/LOX that uses liquid oxygen?
