It is believed that aliens can contact us or send messages to us while we are asleep in the dream state. What if you can remember that you had a dream which something or someone contacted you, but you can't remember the actual information they gave you once you wake up? How can you make sure you remember next time? I've heard of dream journals but for that to work you would have to remember the info for at least a couple of minutes upon awaking.
