I've been thinking about this recently. Before I knew much about alien stuff, I had some dreams that were... off.
In one, I was in what seemed like a bedroom, but everything was weirdly proportioned and the ceiling kinda flickered briefly between being extremely high and obscured in darkness, and a normal white ceiling that was just kinda high. I was lying on a tall bed, and there were these grey alien doctors towering over me, but I can't know how tall they really were because of the weird proportions of everything in the room. I remember feeling frightened while trying not to feel frightened, and then nothing. I don't think they wanted to harm me, they seemed curious, I was just scared anyway.
Here is another one. In this one I wasn't scared.
I also have a weird scar on my arm. It's a straight line 1mm thick and 1.5cm long, and it looks like a burn or a very delicate white surgical scar. I have no idea when or how I got it, but it's been around for a while. It's in a location that would be very hard to accidentally cut or burn. For some reason I never really thought about how it got there until today.
