It is a detailed NASA document showing a hugely ambitious roadmap for human space exploration of the solar system. It included, if recall correctly, a step by step guide including the key technologies that would need to be developed along the way.
This document popped up on the web a little while ago and I wish I saved it. I'm not 100% sure it was Apollo-era it might have been pre-Apollo. Anyone know what I'm referring to?
