As of about 4-5 days ago I started hearing beeps followed by the worst sore throat I've ever experienced. Hurt worse than a broken bone, I thought it was my phone or perhaps some other tech around me, but even when I isolated myself far from any technology I get a single beep, sounds similar to a digital watch that seems to be localized in my chest. To make things even weirder it's happening every 2 minutes and 58 seconds on the dot. Not only can I hear the sound but I can feel a very very faint vibration as well. I don't know what to think of this, I was hoping someone could provide some insight or maybe I could peak someone's interest. I don't know whether to be worried or what, it doesn't seem life threatening based on how electronic the sound is, definitely not tinnitus never had any problems with hearing. Any advice or thoughts? I'll attach an image of the times I recorded, I know that type of thing could be faked but you can either take my word for it or not. Thanks for reading!
