Does anyone else wonder what China is really up to on the Moon?

China is definitely preparing to land a telescope on the far side of the moon and in fact already has a lunar satellite in orbit to relay signals to and from the dark side. https://www.theguardian.com/science/2017/dec/31/china-mission-to-far-side-of-the-moon-space-discovery At the same time China is definitely planning for a manned station on the moon: https://phys.org/news/2018-05-chinese-volunteers-emerge-virtual-moon.html (Note: This article says 10 years but a little later says 2022) These plannings and preparations are well advanced and by both accounts appear to be targeted for 2022. Why does no one seemed concerned? China is belligerently creating islands and militarize growth them in the South China Sea. This is why the U.S. is moving toward disclosure of the alien presence and the U.S. Space Navy, knowing that in 2022 the Chinese are going to expose the alien bases on the dark side of the moon. Maybe? What do ya’ll think?
