Artificial Intelligence and Alien life - What would first contact look like?
This video shows that first contact with aliens will probably will be contact with alien artificial intelligence. Aliens will have probably have evolved into a species that incorporates artificial intelligence into their daily life. They will have probably send out probes containing artificial intelligence agents in order to find new life in the universe. We are reaching the point where artificial intelligence will become a reality so we have to think about the probability that aliens might already have transcended into some form of artificial intelligence already. We are sending out hardware into space, but we are thinking about sending out robotic probes as well. So it's very probable that our very first alien encounter will be of the artificial intelligence kind.
