Hey I'm looking for a picture which is about astronaut's ability to reach controls in a spacecraft (Mercury possibly)

so, I know that there is a NASA's picture where an astronaut sits in a spacecraft seat and he has this circular thingie around him which has these measuring sticks which are used to determine how well/far an astronaut can reach around him (and I recall there's also a guy with a lab coat standing next to him). Any ideas where I could find this picture?
