Me and my roommates saw some very strange things and we are looking for answers and any possible explanations.

So Monday night we had noticed a bunch of shooting stars, they were extremely vibrant and bigger than any I had previously seen. It was around 4:30 am and we were all talking about how the sun would be coming up soon enough and that we should make our way inside. That’s when we all noticed a blinking light. It looked like an orb and kept disappearing and reappearing in different spots. We all stopped in our tracks and confirmed we were all seeing the same thing. We also made the conclusion that it was moving in a zig zag formation. At first we thought maybe it was an airplane but it was moving way to erratically to be a plane. However then we all noticed something very strange and that’s the real reason I’m posting. Had it just been the orb we most likely would have just chalked it up as being something odd and hadn’t given much thought too whatever it was. We all noticed when the orb would blink it would illuminate the night sky just enough to notice that there was something all around it. Smaller cylinder shaped things were swarming this orb. There must have been at least twenty of them. They were bending and contorting in very weird ways, they were very unnatural looking. We didn’t say much between the three of us but we did all confirm we were seeing these things swarm around the orb. We all got chills and I guess you could say goose bumps upon seeing these “things”. It lasted for about two minutes and then they just all vanished. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, we stood there stunned the whole time. I got this awful feeling, kind of like when you know you did something wrong, almost like an impending doom in your stomach. We all agreed that whatever it was we were seeing, it wasn’t normal. We all did some research and I believe we found the closest video that kind of shows what we were seeing. These things captured flying over Milwaukee are the closest to what we saw. Can anyone shine some light or give any kind of explanation to what the orb or swarm could have been? One of my roommates is freaking out because he doesn’t believe in UFOs or aliens and he wants some piece of mind. So if anyone can offer any help it would be really appreciated.
