In discussion with friends about aliens watching us or sending us messages, the image of owls always come to mind. Is this a correlation that's widely known in theories or is it only based off a few people experiences?
I know it was shown in The Fourth Kind but I had never seen that movie until the question came up.
I looked up "owls and aliens" and ran across a book by Mike Clelland called The Messengers but had also never heard about this book until minutes ago.
Is there a lore that is widely known?
