I don't believe in the existence of intelligent life form outside the earth! But I do believe that unintelligent life form do exist, my reasons are simple, we have millions of species in earth and non of them is intelligent except for one, so if we are talking about property and statistics the chances of other life form should be higher on earth than anywhere else
