Is there any chance that these bugs or organisms onboard ISS could be of alien origin?

So I know it is highly unlikely. However, a group of space bugs have been detected thriving onboard the ISS. There is a 79% chance that they can cause disease. They are similar to bugs on earth but have only been seen on board ISS meaning they must have been created there by accident or come from outer space such as a space walk or a fly by or another planet etc. Maybe an astronaut or space capsule or satellite picked up something along the way. I know it's a long shot but could this be proof of alien life? If nothing more this is how every single science fiction horror movie involving aliens starts.
