So my school in New Orleans La has solar panels on one of its buildings. We also have a digital read out on how many amps of power the building is using and how many the panels are collecting. Today was a pretty rainy day so the amps being collected by the panels were slim to none however there were multiple spikes in collection reach 500-600 amps. The collection normally barley reaches 100 on a clear day and the building is constantly using 250-300 on the digital read out. I had a thought of what may have caused the spikes but I’m really not sure. Any ideas?
