in autumn 2018 keel info is from 2002...new study one in month October 2018 by Derrufo...new (for me)... there was in (2002) info from keel that feds may have altered the bridge to collapse in conjunction with making a traffic light in the town at the very end of the bridge stay broken on red delaying traffic or creating the scenario to load the bridge with et landing human witnesses from the local area so they would be silenced forever. other theory...fbi wanted to capture the ET mibs in the cars they used to spy on witnesses to their ufo sites landing in the area for months or even years ( 1960s era ) .
