Few people I come across find talking about this stuff very interesting or have really thought about what the future can hold. I find myself in an odd spot about what the purpose of life is outside of the biological roll we've been leading since the dawn of life. Does anyone else feel puzzled as to why we seem to exist in a time that may allow us to live eternally? It seems far beyond chance that we live on the brink of the next step in human evolution to the point that I wonder if this is real or not.
It's occurred to me over the last few years that all that I'm doing in university, the stress of life, will mean nothing in the long term picture. What will reality even mean when we can dive inside of seamless virtual worlds for perceived infinite time? Now I'm by no means upset by this, in fact I find myself just getting through now in hopes of this future and I can't wait to spend it with all of you.
