We would have settled on multiple planets, found different alien lifeforms, space tourism would be a daily activity, derived resources from asteroids or the sun etc etc
I'm too less of a sci find fan to imagine what else we could've achieved yet but certainly a lot. The US invests more in the military per year than it has in NASA ever since it's been created.
Other nations even worse.
