Software Engineer looking to hopefully join NASA one day

Hello, I graduated last year with a Bachelor's in Computer Science and currently have a job at the Fiscal Service as a Software Engineer. With the goal of hopefully joining NASA in the future as a Software Engineer, what things should I learn and get experience with to better my chances for selection? I'm probably not going to apply immediately since I've only been working here for a few months, but I was wondering what technologies or languages I can mess with during my times after work or on the weekends that would better my chances. From my understanding, the pathways program is how most people get into NASA, but as a graduate who's been one year out of college, what is the likelihood that I can get hired at NASA a few years out of college in the future? Should I go back to school in a few years and get a masters? Thank you in advance.
