This was on Saturday, July 20th at the Woosh rocketry ( https://www.wooshrocketry.org/ ) Apollo 11th 50th-anniversary club launch. The "up" was great. The down.... not so much. The rocket motor was perfect, electronics all worked and it all separated properly for the descent. Unfortunately, I believe I may have secured the parachute (14 foot diameter parachute) a little too tightly, as it came out of the rocket, but never inflated.

Separation successful, but we are coming in hot!
Unfortunately, the rocket wasn't salvageable. I hoisted it onto the roof rack of my car, and brought it to the dump. I received a lot of funny looks.....
