Yesterday they stated that the 6.4 was a 5% chance of being a foreshock to a large quake, now a larger one has in fact occurred, and they're still suggesting that it's possible it's just a foreshock. Yesterday the news reported that there was damage to the air base, imagine what this caused, and what impact it's having on other bases. What if the "big one" hits next?
