I'm very serious, the greys have been fucking with me ever since a 'failed' abduction. Their goal then was to insert some sort of egg into my head. I was able to get help and the egg was removed. Almost every day since then, the greys have been tormenting me. This involves a psychic digging into the top of my head. Sometimes it's a creepy caressing of my face.
The thing that is the biggest issue though, is the mind control or mind altering. They will wipe my mind if I'm thinking about something I'm not supposed to. This is associated with a sharp jerk of my head to the side, like a twitch but more violent. They will sometimes speak to me and I can talk back (I try to ignore them though).
I don't fully understand their goals, but they sure are persistent. Needless to say, it all fucking SUCKS. I'm so sick of it. I resist and fight back, but eventually I tire out.
I need better tools to deal with this! Maybe I'm not doing it right, but visualizing white light does jack shit. Imagining a shield around myself does a little bit, but I can't get it to stay without direct attention. The instant my mind wanders, the greys break through and double their efforts to get into my head.
What are psychic protection techniques that are good for directly malicious acts? Know any good books on this subject? Where the hell do I go to learn how to protect myself and fight back?
