In 1915, the crew of the endurance ship was stranded after their ship got trapped in ice while venturing in Antartica, they spent more than 400 days stranded in the freezing temperature with limited supply.
Ernest Shackleton was a brave man who played a huge role getting his crew to safety and did whatever it takes to get them rescued. To this day, his heroic act has been praised by many and is now remembered as one of the amazing survival stories in history.
