Notes:
1. I recommend either a) affirming together with me (I will post a link below where you can download the affirmations) and/or b) repeating after me and/or c) just listening and feeling the goodness of the affirmations showering upon you and your life.
2. I also recommend you listen to it when you’re a little sleepy just before going to bed and/or when you wake up and are still a little sleepy (if you're too sleepy then sit up).
3. I think most people give up too soon so I recommend at least saying these affirmations once a day for 30 days (or more). Really any practice that calls out to you can lead to the same success if persisted, especially done with joy. The mind may rebel at times but to cross over from a human to a God understand that you are the awareness/consciousness that can choose to have mastery over the mind (suffering happens when the mind has bad programming and we think we are only the mind but the great news is we are more and can change it and find the joy of life and dwell there). Don't get mad or beat up yourself, treat it like an inner child that will spiral up in unity with your awareness/consciousness to your own lovely and noble heaven within and reflected in outside experiences.
4. I will be making three videos for her four books, so you can alternate them each day if you like (the 3rd and 4th book have less affirmations so one video for them).
5. Eventually certain affirmations will call out to you and you can make note of them and just say those affirmations, as well as add your own affirmations if you feel to.
6. As you progress, be sure to take note of your increased happy mood and all the lovely things that will start to manifest in your life now and forever and ever. For what you notice grows and gratitude for your growing goodness will make for even more fertile grounds to co-create from and cushion any blows of life until you transcend them all.
