Before you call me crazy let me just say that many reputable scientists and physicists believe in the multiverse theory including Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Stephen Hawking (R.I.P), Michio Kaku and much more.
Stephen Hawking specifically believed that black holes are portals to parallel universes. He calculated that black holes must have an end and that everything that goes into one has to come out somewhere. Now this is where extraterrestrials come in. What if extraterrestrials have developed technology to travel through these black holes into our universe which is why we observe UAP's but their planets don't reside in our universe which is why we haven't detected anything from them. We simply don't have the technology just yet for interdimensional travel or to pick up signals from outside of our own universe.
