SUGGESTED USE

This affirmation meditation can help you to actively and passively impress your subconscious mind with your wish fulfilled.

1. When you are relaxed/ sleepy, especially before going to bed or when waking up read aloud or mentally the first ten minutes of “I Am” affirmations. Try to say it as though you already had you wish fulfilled. Remember how it felt as a child to pretend play.

2. Then you can listen to the second “You Are” affirmations right after or later. You can imagine a white light with the energy of your wish fulfilled showering upon you and filling every cell of your being.

Your wish can happen instantly but for many it can take months to even a year or so, and for some longer or into the next wake-dream.

But do not feel any noble action you do is in vain. Continue even if tomorrow brings you the opposite news, it’s either remnants of the old programming or the destruction of the old to make way for the rebirth of the new.

Though this practice is easy the mind and it’s doubts, worries and fears can be challenging at times, persist on.

Even if you fall back asleep the nightmares of life will be your teacher to wake back up until you dwell in your own inner heaven reflected all around you forever and ever.
