Daniel's prophecy says he was GIVEN all authority so that all nations might SERVE him. The reason they SERVE him is because this man's God gave him all authority in heaven and earth and this man now is himself God's appointed authority. God has appointed a man through whom He, God, will judge the world. Acts 17:30-31
