My uncle passed of lung cancer years ago but not before making contact, but created an anchor point to life for me . . . And inside all of you there will be a story you can tell . . . to nonbelievers keep working out in the field and the field will eventually lead you somewhere.

I'll tell you it . . . It's short, sweet and powerful, to me at least, which is why it's never been told online really.

Back in the 90's, my uncle was out in a john boat on a small lake in Florida. He was just your average country boy named jimmy. He throws out his fishing rod and sits back playing the fun waiting game fishing becomes. a few minutes later he begins to see ripples in the water and gets excited but then has an odd feeling to look up over the lake and . . . he sees it. A flying saucer hovering relatively quietly. He said this all happen so fast so all he remembers seeing was three beings on the inside. Two small ( he said they looked liked kids.) beings and a larger one, with the larger having his hands crossed. My uncle quickly waved, as the two younger than waved back. Instantaneously the fish bit hard and he set the hook quickly, looking back up to see this thing was just . . . gone.

My parents are/were-ish devote Christians, and so was my uncle. He was the younger brother to my dad and also was a Christian. Jimmy smoked weed on the regular, but nothing crazy, he also smoked cigarettes' for the first part of his life. Plus my uncle lived within my family house our whole life . . . he was a 2nd father to me pretty much. He told my dad the story, and my dad laughed him out calling him a stoner, and dismissing him. My uncle being a Christian too felt . . . hurt, but simply never brought it up again unless someone asked him about it.

Fast-forward, years later . . . he gets diagnosed with lung cancer, And through a long fight within years, his health has crumbled, by the time he was diagnosed he stopped smoking weed and cigs. The last day of my uncles life my dad and uncle shared their final moments with each other. As they laughed and cried, the last thing he said to my dad was . . . "Jerry, what I'm bout to tell you . . . that night on the lake . . . all I can say is I know I seen it, and I wasn't seeing things." And immediately after requested to be baptized, and he passed away the next day.

My dad broke in tears being a man of god, and of Jesus and everything, but confused that science and spiritually were being displayed and he never tried to understand this situation, and to this day . . . That story means more to me than my dad ( or at least it seems, maybe his not as opened minded to the world as I.) My uncle liked to tell stories, BUT they were all very believable, just country boy funny stories, this had no humor and was something paranormal and as evidence we should inspire to take others stories and search for something on the inside as deep, as their story means to them. That's how anchors work. And to all those who haven't felt or been blessed with an anchor, a TIME WILL COME, and we aren't those people who LIKE to tell you " told you so." Instead you will have those who shared their stories and are willing to not only hear you out, but help you in this huge journey.

Btw you helped me today, commenter . . . I never wanted to post this because it simply means to much to me, and was worth the secret to reddit, just so people don't scrutinized someone I love, and have a pov of a situation that others simply don't have.
