Profound cultural movements, especially in the arts and music, can be focused in one city which than can spread to the rest of the world, eg, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Paris, Liverpool, Los Angeles, London, etc. If there are factors or obstacles holding back global disclosure, why not have one city as the epicenter?
