Ok guys I found the most logical solution to the Fermi Paradox, it may be depressing depending on how you look at it, but I think it is kinda reassuring.

Virtual Reality is the solution. An amazing virtual reality world is easier to design interstellar space travel, and also more rewarding. It's basically immortality, where you can do anything you want. Any sensation is instantly yours. There doesn't have to be and land disputes, and individual virtual reality machines theoretically could be tiny, if enough short cuts are used. The reasons why we haven't found any aliens, is that they have no need to find us or do anything than live in an almost infinite paradise. My conclusion is that every Alien race that has technologically evolved passed us is living Inside virtual reality machines.
