Honest question(and shower thought): if ufo videos are fake, where and how do these special effects artists get the stock footage?

Like, where would you get footage of someone just casually recording the sky? In these videos, they often pan quite a bit, as in the filmer is following something. Are these stock videos of someone recording a bird and someone edits in the ufo after? If the ufo is edited in, then why the fuck were they recording in the first place? It just makes no sense. I thought this was an interesting shower thought, idk, what do y’all think?
