At 9:25 PM on June 1, 2021, in Troy, Ohio, myself and another witness observed a flashing red, orange, white/yellow pulsating light hovering to the SSW of our direction. The stationary light appeared over a field that is close to Interstate 75 for around 1 min. It then proceeded to move east back towards exit 69. At this point, it moved Slowly while illuminating and disappearing and re-illuminating.
We watched this object for several minutes before it’s accelerated off to the south at a high rate of speed. The entire event lasted four minutes. The area where this light was filmed is a high traffic area for aircraft. This is one of the areas where aircraft approach for landing at Dayton international.
