What if, the report on UFOs says they've figured out, they were balloons and a known aircraft, in the videos and moves on?

Let's face it, if they have been studying, even gathering debris from crashed ones and lying to the public for that long, it might be a very slow disclosure of only what they want to tell. I feel like, from what we've seen, so far, they are testing what they say to see how many people change their minds, with each step, so it's not a huge backlash from the public. This could be another planned step but they might say, it's nothing, again...

I personally believe they will say they are, beyond a reasonable doubt, real, hopefully present a better picture or video, and say we know they aren't our's. But who knows?
