This is an ongoing experiment conducted by anthropologist Leslie McQuade and Language Specialist David Griffin. Using archaeological artifacts and reconstructive anthropological techniques they are using the information written in Coptic on papyrus to perform a daily ritual. The papyrus claims the actual teachings that were written down by one of the Disciples during lectures delivered by the Resurrected Jesus to his Disciples, both male (12) and female(7). This is thought to be the daily practice that was the source of Jesus' power, and subsequently the power of the Disciples.
