I remember reading about an alien who was said to work the us government at some point in history (possibly in bush era). I think it was a shapeshifter or reptilian. Either way I can’t remember his name. It was a popular telling and I believe it was he had 3 names (first middle last). I know it’s not a lot of inFo. Any help would be appreciated
