For those interested in reading, this post is only meant to be a recap of the fascinating dream I had last night. As soon as I woke up I wrote my thoughts down using a bit of a stream of consciousness approach, so I apologize for any grammatical/spelling errors. I have been lurking in this community for a while and enjoy reading these types of accounts, so I am sharing in hopes you might enjoy it too. I do not believe this dream was anything other than that, a dream. But I will say that it was one of the most vivid, powerful dreams I have ever had. Enjoy:

I am not sure how I was made aware of this, but the dream started with myself knowing that I would be going to a place where I would be "abducted" by aliens. Is it considered abduction if I am going willingly? Perhaps not, but in the dream I knew that I would be out of control of the situation when I was to meet them. I went to the airport and got on a small passenger airplane where I was to be taken to the meeting place. I was looking forward to it because I was told it would not be harmful to me. The plane took off from a coastal airport and we were immediately over the ocean. After what was probably a few minutes in the dream but felt like hours I looked out the window of the plane to see about 9 silver saucers hovering near the ocean's surface. As we got closer I wondered how we would dock with these saucers, but immediately after that thought we felt the plane itself lock into some sort of zero-point energy field, and we hovered in place (think Kylo Ren stopping the blaster bolt with the Force in The Force Awakens). The UFOs had somehow stopped the plane with their technology. The UFOs themselves were a shiny silver color, all different shapes and sizes. Some diamond shaped, some spherical - and they all had markings on them. I had a massive sense of overwhelm seeing them lined up and feeling their presence, seeing with my own eyes the clear existence of something I could not explain. We were somehow beamed onto one of the ships and from there my dream state turned from lucid into extremely fuzzy and almost drug-induced. There was a woman on the ship who was communicating to me for the aliens (who were small and gray), telling me not to worry. The aliens wanted to keep me for 6 weeks but she insisted to them it would only be 3. I was surprised by her ability to stand up to them and change the plan like that, and in my dream state it made me wonder why she had this power and control on the ship. She was clearly human-like but perhaps she herself was also an alien from a different part of the galaxy. She was very warm and comforting, and I recall the little grays started doing tests on me that made me mildly uncomfortable but not in pain (similar to a physical exam from a doctor where they might have to numb part of your body to take a sample of skin tissue). The little grays seemed completely soulless (not evil), lacking any empathy or humanity. I would compare their presence to a worker bee; simply interested in carrying out a task but nothing more. Perhaps that's why they wanted the woman to be their ambassador to make me feel comfortable. Maybe she was a technological creation (hologram?) that they used for that very purpose to make humans comfortable during the abduction. Before the dream could continue I awoke and felt a great sense of calm and almost joy from the experience, feeling like I knew for certain in my mind that aliens existed and had experienced it first-hand. One more thing - it's hard to describe, but during the dream I had this very clear sense of how technologically advanced they were. It was like the air around me felt more electrified, almost like a spiritual presence.

I apologize if it was silly to post this here, but as many of you probably agree, a dream can feel so real and visceral in the moment and it's hard to put into words the power the dream had over me. As soon as I woke I knew I needed to write down my thoughts, and sharing them here felt like the right thing to do.
