The story of Dan Sherman is interesting, to say the least, whether you believe him or not is a different story.
Dan Sherman claimed that he was hired by the NSA as part of Project Preserve Destiny, he tells how his role was to communicate telepathically with extra-terrestrials.
During his employment, he explains that his Captain told him various things about "Grey Aliens," and even that his mother was implanted whilst pregnant with him to enable him to be able to communicate with them.
