What idea do you have about aliens that you suspect is true, but wish was discussed more here?
It may be something you dont have good arguments for yet. Or it may be too strange / fringe.
Ill give one of mine:
The nature of dimensions, what they are and where they come from. I think most discussion here assumes they are extraspatial, but i think they are more like bubbles of sensory perceptions and that there is no limit to what kind of different senses are possible. Space and 3D are just another way of perception, and this is the bubble we evolved into. Different intelligences can operate in their own incomprehensibly different bubbles. We cannot imagine them just like a born blind person cannot imagine the color red. Aliens may be from other bubbles, or they are still from our own (or similar) bubble...
