About 8 years ago as I was sleeping I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t move. Sleep paralysis perhaps? But I was laying there flat on my back, not able to lift a finger. As I looked down towards the end of the bed I could see two figures. I’ve had sleep paralysis many times before and usually it lines up with your traditional “ghosts/demons” figures. But this one was different. They were shorter, maybe 5 feet tall and they had very large round heads. They slowly approached me and I started to get incredibly scared, my heart rate going through the roof. One of them placed their hand on the side of my head and told me to not be afraid. As soon as he touched my head I “woke up” heart rate still high and gasping for air. Over the years I’ve gotten the feeling I’m being watched by them, sometimes so spooked I would have to close my windows. I’m also RH Negative blood type which is neat.
