John Ramirez talks about Certain Families getting more “Alien” DNA then others

So in CIA analyst John Ramirez’s interviews, he talks about the CIA monitoring families that have received more alien DNA than the rest of humanity. Its not hard to think of which names come to mind when hearing this such as the Rothchilds, King John of England (who almost all of the US Presidents had some relation to) , other royalty families, etc… It seems to me that some how or other that some of these people were aware of this special DNA trait and that is why royal families always kept their families closely together by marrying other royals or sometimes even committing incest to keep family bloodlines going. And this also goes back to Ancient Egypt , the Mayans and other ancient civilizations. I wonder if members in these families have had an alien intervention at some point where they were told about their bloodlines because that would make a lot of sense why they went to such great lengths and had such strict guidelines about keeping their lineage.
